Joseph P. Reilly, 85, of Marlton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 9, 2015, at Virtua W. Jersey Hospital, Voorhees.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Joseph resided in Marlton most of his life. He was a 1947 graduate of Roman Catholic High School, and served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as an instrument repair man. Joseph was a parishioner at St. Joan of Arc R.C. Church in Marlton, and was a Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council 6530, where he also served as Past Grand Knight. He enjoyed being on the water, whether it was fishing or boating. Joseph loved spending time with his family, and was known to enjoy a fine cigar.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marian Clare (nee Jacob) Reilly; his children, Thomas J. Reilly (Juliet) of Medford Lakes, Patricia Reilly Mordente (Steven) of Washington Twp., NJ, Denise Reilly of Marlton, and Michael J. Reilly (Jakki) of Medford; his sister, Eileen Specht of Conshohoken, PA; ten grandchildren, Stephanie, Michael, Caitlin,Tommy, Shea, Quinn, Genevieve, Everly, Sutton and Judd; and a multitude of well loved nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother John "Hansey" Reilly.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, November 20, 2015, from 9-10:30AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11AM, at St. Joan of Arc R.C. Church, 100 Willow Bend Rd., Marlton, NJ.

Interment will be in the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
