Joe! To the family I love each and everyone of you, I remember the day I met Joe he was one of the greatest guys I had ever come in contact with here on God's good planet Earth, I was just private chauffeur but he didn't treat me like a person who was just working for him Joe treated me like a human being Joe had a lot of love in his heart he was able to understand people and work things out as they came, Joe and I had many conversations publicly and privately he gave me good insight a lot of wisdom and knowledge just as well as his thoughts on whatever it was we were talking about at the time, Joe's wisdom was well needed and well taken, I miss you Joe, when I got the news I couldn't believe it, and whenever I was a chauffeur he didn't treat me like just the driver he was the type of person that would invite you along with everyone else, I remember the time we went to a basketball game at Alabama State and we stopped at his favorite place for pizza that was some of the best pizza I had ever had in my life LoL Joe introduce me to people that help me during the process of building my business he also help me along the way by hiring me and showing me things and giving me brand new ideas in order to better myself at what I'm doing just as well as taking care of the guest and customers, if there was ever any problem or disagreement or any kind of mix-up Joe would listen to everyone both sides and all sides before he gave counsel on anything or any situation that was at hand he loved his wife and his girls with all his heart and he still does we all love you Joe and God knows we really truly and sincerely do miss you and always will

To the Rueschenbergs,
I have such fond memories of playing tennis with Joe at Wald Park. He had a great sense of humor and was alway willing to hit with me, no matter how hot it was. Though you guys are no longer there, every time I pass your house in Tanglewood, I remember your family, especially Joe and Jane. I am so sorry for your loss. God be with you all.
(I did not see this until today or I would have liked to come yesterday to the service).
Prayers,
Melissa (Finchum) Garner
