I would like to express my sincerest condolences to Elaine and the Salizzoni family. I have known Joe for almost 40 years and considered him one of the best men I have ever known. He was so kind to me in so many ways over the years and I am so grateful to have been able to call him my friend. It is my sincerest hope that Elaine and her family can find grace and comfort in this time of loss.
