Ann, you are in my thoughts and prayers as you mourn the loss of Joe. So sorry to hear of his passing. I'll always remember him as a friendly neighbor who would come over and chat with me at my garage sales or would stop by to say hello as he was driving by and I was out working in my yard. Sometimes it was a wave and I'll definitely miss seeing him drive by early in the morning when I was picking up my newspaper. Joe was a wonderful neighbor!
