Of North Braddock, on Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Joe was the former owner of Oaks Tavern, North Versailles, a Navy veteran of the Korean War. Beloved husband of 50 years to Joan; dear father of Sheryl (Alan) Rosenberg and Kenneth (Karen) Scrima; grandfather of Zachary, Evan, Aubree, Kevin and Dawson. Family and friends received at ROBERT P. KARISH FUNERAL HOME, Brinton Road and 4th St. Braddock Hills (412-271-3430) FRIDAY ONLY 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church on Saturday 10am.

My brother from Pgh. forwarded this notice to me. My husbands grandfather was one of 10 children from Grecci, Italy, mid 1800's, so we assume all Scrimas are relatives. May your dear father rest in peace and receive all of God's mercy. Mrs. John Anthony Scrima
