I was saddened to see your loved ones obituary. I lost my father (aged 92) in September of this year, a WW11 B24 Pilot. I am so very proud of what they did for us. My father piloted out of Manduria Italy with bombing targets in the European Countries. These men will rest in peace as heros because they were of the Greatest Generation. My deepest condolences to you, I know he will be greatly missed.
