I just found out about Joe's passing today when I posted to his Facebook page to wish him happy birthday! So sad to hear - he was a great friend from when we worked together at Raytheon. Always had a great sense of humor, willing to help in any way, just an all-around wonderful person. He absolutely loved his family and talked about his grandkids often - a very proud grandfather. Sorry for your loss...
Did he ever finish his book? If so could you send me info on how to obtain a copy?

Dear Joe and Michelle. I thought I was going to be able to attend the wake this afternoon but I can't. Please accept my sympathies to you both and to the boys. We are so sorry for your loss. Joe was a good friend of mine.We played baseball together in high school and softball for many years in the Chelsea Municipal softball league. I'll miss him at the Club 34 breakfast on Saturdays. ( for Joe only), Remember that favor you did for me. You said hay Gene we need a catcher.!!!
