Joe Taylor was a wonderful man who touched the many people that he communicated with in so many ways. There are countless many who came in contact with Joe who came away saying what a great guy he was. That is a testament to his demeanor that was formed through his belief in the Lord and in Christian values that he exemplified each and every day. He will be missed but never forgotten.
