Joe was a consistent force of good for the many lives that he touched. With a kind humor all of his own, he worked, fixed, taught and never hesitated to help. Saddened for both Friends and Family and hope that Gods Love is felt by all.

Though I've been gone from the Spot for over 15 years, Joe was one of the first guys I met when I began working in the plant and shared over 13 years there...each day shared a smile when Joe was around....

Brandon, Sam and family.
I am deeply saddened by Joe's passing. When I was at Red Spot , Joe (and Elaine) helped me many, many times. His kindness and cheerful heart will be greatly missed. Try to take comfort that Joe and Elaine are reunited and are watching over you.

I was so sadddned to hear of Joe's untimely passing. He always brought candy to our department and could fix anything we needed done. Although I just retired from Red Spot recently, I have fond memories of Joe and his smile. RIP Joe, may the angels greet you with open arms.

I'm so sorry to hear of Joe's death. I grew up with Joe (we called him Joe Bob) in Reed, KY., went to school with him, and spent many hours at his house with him, Norman, Ruth, and the rest of the family...a lot of fun times at their home. My condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.

Joe Bob, as we knew him growing up, was a sweet, quiet little boy. He was funny, even back then. My family used to visit his family, and vice versa, quite often. His dad, Norman, and my day, Arnold Mills, were first cousins. I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I know you lost your mother not long ago, so this must be especially difficult. My thoughts are certainly with you.

Joe will always be remembered from having a silly joke that made you smile and made him giggle too. He always had candy for the ladies! A very sweet man!

Brandon and Sammy, I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was a jewel. I remember the get together when he would make his famous barbecue chicken. Dale and I love you both. "Aunt " Karol and "Uncle" Dale
