i know joey that you where kind condersiderate,and my goodfriend from the time i moved to dover, rest in peace and continue to make god laugh bro.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe when we were both at Cigna in Bethlehem. He was a good man and a good friend. I'll never forget our "discussions" in the gazebo! God bless and keep you, Joseph. Rest in peace.

Alexis, The kids and I are so sorry to hear of Joeys death...We hadnt seen you in yrs but I still told them stories about the younger days of their Uncle. He will be missed by all he came into contact with...My prayers are with you and the girls...

I worked with Joe for 6 years (95-2001) at CIGNA in Bethlehem, PA. He was such a great guy, use to always have us laughing. He would always talk about his family, although I never met them, you could tell he loved them very much. I am so sorry for your loss.

I've had the pleasure of being a roommate/sorority sister of Eden's for the past two years. Mr. Whitley was a wonderful man. I have seen how much Eden and her sister love and adore him. I am saddened by his passing but I know how hard he fought until the end and I pray he is no longer in pain. He was always so kind and friendly when he was around my sisters and I. My thoughts and prayers are with Eden and her entire family during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.

We only knew Joe and his family over the past two years, but in that short period of time, we got to see his generosity and compassion in many occasions.
