Joseph Albert Yockel Jr.

Joseph will always hold a special place in my heart ... He was one of my closest friends back when I was living on the Big Island (2004-2005), and we used to spend hours & hours sitting and talking together about everything under the sun (though mostly about either motorcycle carburetors or the Bible). To my mind he was a good man with a gentle soul, and he played an incredibly important role in my journey to becoming a Peace Pilgrim. For this -- and for his kindness -- I will forever be deeply grateful ... RIP, my dear Friend -- RIP.
