Joseph Anthony Zicarelli

ZICARELLI – Joseph Anthony, 81, of Rockaway, formerly of Clifton, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2015. Born in Clifton, Mr. Zicarelli resided there for many years prior to moving to Rockaway. He was a proud Veteran of the US Navy serving during the Korean War. Upon returning from the war, he owned a milk delivery route for Garden State Farms in the Clifton-Passaic area. Mr. Zicarelli was then employed as a delivery driver for the Herald News of Passaic until retiring in 1996. He was a former parishioner and served as an Usher at St. Brendan RC Church in Clifton and was Past Exalted Ruler of Clifton Elks Lodge #1569. Mr. Zicarelli is survived by his beloved wife, Donna (nee Molteni) Zicarelli, of Rockaway; five devoted children: Steven Zicarelli and Carmen of South Brunswick, Janet Zicarelli of Blairstown, Diane Zicarelli and Terri of Blairstown, Lisa Miller and her husband Scott of Rockaway and Robert Zicarelli and his wife Brianne of Hamburg; his dear sister, Ann Gueterman and her husband John, of Trumbull, CT; nine loving grandchildren: Emily, Danielle, Adam, Nick, Gabriel, Alyssa, Mark and two foster grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday 10:15 am from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton and 11:00 am at St. Brendan RC Church, cor. Lakeview and Crooks Avenues, Clifton. Interment to be held at a later time at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Visiting Friday 5-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Michael J.
