My sincere sympathies on the passing of Aunt Josephine. I have fond memories of our families getting together when we were growing up. I know she is catching up with her sister Sophie and laughing about all the good times they had together. May God grant you peace during this difficult time. Cousin Karen Alvarez (Lawsky) Seattle

My deepest condolences on the passing of Josephine Dombrowski. She is deeply missed by many who knew her. To me, she was a feisty lady with a true zest for life. She always carried herself elegantly, and was devoted to her family. Josephine enjoyed the finer things and living life to the fullest.

Bob and I will always recall Josephine with fondness for her good nature and her kindness to our family. It's hard to believe that we first met Josephine when our oldest was just a toddler. Josephine's zest for life and living with enthusiasm, especially for good food, good conversation, a good new restaurant and good wine (not necessarily in this order), are reminders for all of us to live life fully and enjoy the gifts each day brings. She was a grand lady, and truly fits the description that "they don't make them like this anymore." With heartfelt sympathy to each of you, Lee, Janet and Richard, may God's love and mercy be with you in the days ahead and bring you comfort in this time of loss.

With our love, Bob, Irena, Grace and Ethan

My precious mother Josephine was the most important person in my life. Not only was she my mother but my dearest and trusted friend. She enjoyed life and I am glad that we did so many things together like the theatre, opera, travelling to the Berkshires or Connecticut as well as our forays into Manhattan.

She was the most gentle soul and everyone who met her loved her spirit and genuine kindness. I am sure that she is heaven and will both pray for and to her. It is my most fervent hope that we will meet again and be reunited if I am worthy to do so in the eyes of God.

Mom, I will always love you and am please put a good word in for me with the Lord.

Devotedly,

Lee

I only met Josephine once, but I knew right away what a good person she
was – a devoted wife to Leo and good mother to Lee, Janet and Rich.
I send my sincere condolences to the family and friends who knew and loved her. Her passing saddens me, but I take solace in knowing she is now at peace.
RIP, Josephine. You will be remembered with love and affection by all.
