Joshua Paul Breaux, Sr. passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2024 at the age of 38 in Marrero, LA. Josh was born on July 25, 1985 in Houma, LA. He is survived by his mother, Myra Butler; his two children, Joshua Breaux, Jr. and Bronx Breaux; his siblings Branden Breaux, Sr. (Tara), Paul "PJ" Breaux, Jr. (Heather) and Paige Breaux; his grandfathers Lyle Breaux, Sr. (Pat) and LD Poole, Jr. (Melanie); his godmother Mona Maechling (Russell), godfather Lyle Breaux, Jr., uncle Russel Breaux and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also a father figure to Leah Peavy and Jaxon Peavy. Josh was preceded in death by his father, Paul Breaux, Sr.; his brother Derrick Breaux; and his grandmothers Merita Graeb and Alice Breaux. Josh always liked to have a good time with family and friends, he was the life of the party. You could always find him on the dance floor at social gatherings. He had the biggest heart and was a great father, brother and uncle. At the request of the family, no funeral will be held but instead a celebration of life with family and friends.
