Outreach, Josh was an Phenomenal person. Working with him through out the years with homeless or at risk youth. He cared so deeply about every youth he served and the communities he served. Josh you will truly be missed. I remember on the darkest days of outreach you always made me laugh being silly. You encouraged youth so much to better themselves and their situation.
