Growing up, Josh was the "surrogate" older brother to my sisters, brother, and I, despite us really being first cousins. When we were little, we called him "Joshy Squashy" and remembering that nickname just now, brings me a smile. The role Josh had in our lives as a protective older "brother," was one of many tokens of his love for us. Despite us girls (my sisters and I), being able to hold our own, Josh was always telling us that he was "there" if need be, with guys/dating, etc. but we just laughed it off, because he was even scared of our older sister Rachel, but then again, who wouldn´t be-Lol! No offense Ray! ;)
... Although we have had our fair share of life events; ups/downs, throughout it all, Josh was always fierce and loyal! Family really did mean so much to him. ...And now, Josh is with another set of our family-reunited with our "Papa" and our "Love" (as well as his maternal grandparents, and so many other loved ones). Though it was but a fleeting time here on earth, and he is missed heavily, Josh is now and forever will be, in the best of all places-with Jesus! He is getting to talk Jesus´ ear off; hanging out with Him every day, and permeating Heaven with his profound laugh! As everyone has stated this about Josh over and over again, his laugh was one of the most memorable things about him! All of us will continue to reflect on it, and forever will miss it, along with him!!! My dear cousin, you will always be in our thoughts, and forever in our hearts! I cannot wait to see you again! Love you "Joshy Squashy!"
Always,
Becky

Josh was an administrator in our political group on face book, and was loved by all the administrators in our group. I personally appreciated my interaction with Josh who was always respectful and kind . I will miss him deeply !

My first memories of Josh, was sharing photos and family history with him. Because I am older, he asked so many questions about the generation of our family that I grew up with. My aunt was his great grandmother, my cousin was his grandmother... He studied the old pictures I posted and asked so many questions, which inspired my further work into our family history. Josh shared with me pictures of his children, and he proudly told me all about them. Josh loved his family, they each meant everything to him. He had a photo of himself as a baby with his father, his uncle, and his grandfather. He was so proud of that generational picture and he often re-posted it. Josh and I are cousins, but because of our age difference, he called me his aunt, and that will always be so very special to me. Josh was filled with love and he felt things down to the depths his soul. My deepest condolences to Josh's: children, his parents, his brothers, his sisters, and his special brother/cousin/ & best friend Zoltan. I am heartbroken that Josh was taken from us so soon, but I am looking forward to that day of reunion where we who are saved will meet again and spend our forever together with our Savior.
