Dear Abler Family,
We were stunned to learn of Josiah's passing. Our daughter, Melissa, graduated with and was a friend to Josiah like so many others. You are blessed to have had Josiah, even though his time on earth was far too short. Please know you and your family are and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you with strength and peace and may your memories of Josiah make you smile more than cry.
Most Sincerely,

It was a beautiful funeral for Josiah. A beautiful way to celebrate his life on earth. To see how many and many people that Josiah has touched in his short 22 years. WOW! Josiah made time for everyone. I will truly miss him at my Costco trips. Josiah made us all much better of a person in living his life to the fullest. Thank you Barb and Jim for bring into this world a son that brought us all laughter and happiness. We know we have hope in our Christ Jesus that we WILL see him again some day.

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
I Thessalonians 4:13-18

We were devastated when we received the news of Josiah's sudden passing. Please know our thoughts and prayers are continously with you. I've pulled out the Christmas photos and newsletters from past years and have enjoyed re-reading the entries for all the boys and their activities. Josiah did a lot during his short life. May the Lord's strength help you get through this difficult time.

To Josiah's family: I am so sorry for your loss and have a heavy heart as I write this note telling you what a wonderful young man Josiah was. Josiah was in one of my business classes at Anoka-Ramsey Community College. He was a delightful young man with one of the most positive attitudes and warm smiles. I talked with him recently at Costco--I admire this company and used it for several business examples in class. I joked with Josiah that I would be working with him soon when I retired from teaching. When I talked to him a few weeks ago he said he was looking forward to graduating soon--the business world and all of us have lost a good young man. My prayers are with you.
