To my dear, sweet beautiful friend,

Although you've left this world, you remain in my heart and I will think of you often.

I have many, many wonderful memories of you to recall, Joanne, and I will treasure them all. But I want to tell you how much you've inspired me with your strength and courage. Watching the way that you faced cancer has made me a stronger person. The disease may have taken your body but it could never take your spirit, heart or soul!

I love you, Joanne, and I will see you again one day when I pass to the other side. Until then, you will be my spirit angel!

My sympathy and prayers goes to the family during this difficult time.
My fondest memory of Jovanka was when we lived in Hamtramck after arriving in USA. We attended an after school program at Kosciuszko School back in the 70s learning English as our second language. Many of us look up to her as our big sister.that was such an amazing time for many of us and the best of times. Rest in peace my friend.

Louie and Tania, we are so sorry to hear about Joanne's passing. Debbie Hlubic asked me the other day if I knew how she was, but I hadn't known she was ill.
