My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Joy. I enjoyed Joy and Carl's visits to my house with her Avon items. She will be greatly missed as I always looked forward to her and Carl's happy smiles and kind and friendly words for many, many past years.
Rest In Peace Joy and Carl. You are together where you belong.

Very sad to hear of Joy's passing. She was a great lady. The Avon world has lost a Beautiful Woman.

To Joy's family,

The name "Joy" said it all and the picture of her is very reflective of the Joy we knew. I met Joy here at work when she was going through a tough time in her personal life. Despite the situation Joy did her best to cope and to maintain her positive outlook on life regardless.

I was lucky to have met Joy and will be inspired by her. Only the good die young and now you have an angel to watch over you. Rest in peace Joy and may God give your family the strength to cope in these sad times.

Dear Sylvia, Lionel and Hazel:
I am sad to learn of Joy's passing, but now she is with her Carl again. Her visits to me were always a bright spot in my day, and I admired her bravery in facing her illness and the loss of Carl.
I will pray for her and you, and wish that lovely memories of Joy will comfort your hearts.

When i first met Joy, I said I am so glad I have found you, you are an Avon lady and I am a Avon gal. Our friendship began, we met each others families and shared so many funny moments. I will miss you Joy.

Jeremy, Hazel, and family,

When one we hold dear in our heart takes the next step in the journey that has been laid out for her, we feel the sadness of her departure and, at the same time, we have the comfort of a plan fulfilled:

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

It was with these two feelings that I received the news of Joy's passing.

There are many, many fond memories of the time that I spent in Joy's company. You and your family graciously accepted me and welcomed me in. As much from Joy as from the rest of you, I have received so much that has helped me to grow. I will remain constantly grateful for Joy and the contributions that she made to the prosperity of my soul and my hope for things to come.

My thoughts and prayers are especially with you at this time.

Warmly,
