Joy Marie Strouse

Joy was always a treasure to know since childhood... I'm sad to know she's no longer here. Rest in peace Joy

Sorry, to have read about Joy's passing. I remember her from Kleinhans Street. She was a very nice person and always took time to talk to you. May she rest in peace and God's love comfort her family.

Miss Strouse was my 4th grade teacher. I was learning how to play saxophone. Miss Strouse brought her trumpet in around Christmas time and we did a duet together. I will never forget that. Loved her as a teacher!

If it weren't for her being so patient, I would never have learned multiplication! Gone but not forgotten. May God welcome you to His garden.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Miss Strouse. She was my fourth grade teacher at Daniel Boone. I remember her fondly especially riding her motorcycle .

My condolences to Joy's family. Joy was a member of "The Yocum Library Family." I worked with Joy, mostly on weekends. When ever we had an event Joy was eager to dress up and join in the fun. Joy and I retired about the same time. I did run into her a few times and we would catch up on Yocum Family news. Joy liked her Facebook and was always sending me jokes. Joy was a friend and I will miss her. RIP Joy.
