Joyce Breeding

I worked with Joyce at FBIHQ and was always impressed with her friendliness, professionalism and personal style. She was always an elegantly dressed and very nice lady. I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathies go out to her loved ones. May God bless you all.

I am the sister of Lonnie, Fonnie, & Clyde. The twins graduated with Joyce at Council. They remember the good times. I remember the two of you sitting on the bleachers in the gym everyday. So in love. The twins could not attend the funeral because they were digging a grave for a cousin that died in Ohio but was brought back to VA for burial. God strengthens us in our time of need. May there be only one set of foot prints as he holds you in his arms. Love, Marlene

I graduated from Council High with Joyce she was a very sweet person. I married Roger Rose the first time.

My Prayers and thoughts are with the family. Joyce and I was the best of friends in school. She will be missed, but memories will last forever.

I'm sorry to learn of Joyce's passing. She and I were in the same graduating class at Council High School, the Class of 61. She will be missed by many.

If I am not mistaken I met Mrs. Breeding when her mother was ill in Grundy, VA. As a nurse I love to get to know patient's families. I can recall many delightful conversations. I also vividly remember what wonderful care Mrs. Breeding took of her mother. I am very sorry to hear of this loss.
