I think of my friend and classmate from TCHS Class of 65 often and especially now as we prepare for our 60 th class reunion. You will always be remembered Joyce.

So sad to hear of Joyce's passing. She is my 1st cousin, once removed. Truely enjoyed our day together, 6/ 23/10. Jim & Jean, you are in my prayers.

My son Brandon really enjoyed 4th grade with Mrs. Coil at Champlin Elementary. I also was a room mother for her. What a great person! It was always fun buying her " cow " presents. I wonder how many different things she got? We were very sorry to hear of her passing and our thoughts and sympathy are with her family

I was a student of Mrs. Coil at Champlin elementary. What a lovely lady! I'll always remember her cow costume she wore for Halloween! My sympathy to her family and friends. The world lost a super lady, and heaven gained an angel.

Roger and family,
I was fortunate when Mrs. Coil came to Champlin Elementary and lucky enough to have her for my teacher. She is the first who comes to mind when remembering wonderful memories from my Champlin Elementary days. I will always remember her wonderful smile that let me know she cared.
May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times you spent together.
Thank you for the wonderful memories and positive influence Mrs. Coil. You will be missed.

Jeff and I visited Joyce a few weeks ago along with our beagle dog Sundae. She always made sure the dog had treats when Jeff was at the farm. I was happy that Roger and Joyce came to our house for Jeff's big 50 party. We will miss Joyce with her big smile. Onnie Young and Jeff Lester

I was very sad last eve to learn of Joyce's death. She was a very dear friend from school days(grades 6-12)after I moved to Tuscola. I have many, many fond memories of band, attending football et basketball games, and certainly many, many sleepovers at her house. We have exchanged Christmas cards et notes for 40 some yrs et I,too, had hoped to see her et share one of our long talks. I know from her notes how much she loved teaching, how much she enjoyed retirement, and how very much she loved her nieces and nephews. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. A very special note of gratitude to the niece for the phone call last eve---I appreciate it more than you know. I know you all have many memories to cherish as do I.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. I taught with Joyce at Champlin Elementary and appreciated her energy and high expectations for her students. Joyce seemed to enjoy retirement just as much. She will be missed.
