Joyce Ebling Obituary
JOYCE E. (MUNDY) EBLING, 82 years of age, died Monday, February 14, 2011 with her family by her side. The daughter of the late Clarence L. and Viola (Bradley) Mundy, Joyce was born January 28, 1929 in New Albany, Indiana. An avid golfer, she was a member of Wooded View Golf Course for many years. For over 55 years, Joyce was a huge New Albany High School basketball fan, was a member of the L.I.F.T. social group for widows and widowers and attended Northside Christian Church. Though she enjoyed many activities, her children and grandchildren were by far the most important to her. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Ebling, Jr.
She is survived by her children, William E. Ebling, III and his wife Cathy, Kent Ebling and wife Terri, Kevin Ebling and wife Rosalind, Brad Ebling and Todd Ebling and wife Amy. She was also survived by a sister, Wanda Crump and 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany. Her funeral service will be held 10:00 am Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Kraft Chapel with private burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.

To the Ebling boys: I was out of town and was saddened to learn of your mother's passing when I recently returned. She was such a concerned parent during your school days and I know how proud she continued to be of you and your families.

Just a note to tell you boys how much I liked your mom. We had many a happy hour sitting on the side of Colonial Club pool watching you guys. She will be so missed.
