Joyce M. Goffinet

Joyce M. Goffinet TELL CITY, Ind. Joyce M. Goffinet, 59, died on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010, at Owensboro Medical Health Systems. She was born in Bristol Virginia on July 23, 1951, to Douglas and Lorene (Goodson) Roark. A graduate of Tell City High School, Joyce was united in marriage on August 9, 1969, to Robert "Bob" Goffinet. She had worked for local florists in Tell City, including the Flower Basket, Doretta's Dress and Flower Shop and the Gingerbread House. Surviving is her husband, Bob Goffinet of Grandview, Ind.; son, Robbie J. Goffinet of Chrisney, Ind.; daughters, Beth Karpowicz of Grandview, Ind., and Karrie R. Moore of Tell City, Ind.; five grandchildren, Mark Anthony and Samantha Karpowicz, Kody Moore, Tylor Goffinet and Amber Curtis; brothers, Bill Webster of Bristol Virginia; Ron Roark of Kentucky, Darrel Roark of Leopold, Ind., and Phil Roark of Tobinsport, Ind. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Don Roark. Funeral services will be wereon Tuesday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home in Tell City, Ind.
