Joyce Eileen KINSLOW

KINSLOW, Joyce Eileen (nee TYRELL) Joyce passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at King Garden Retirement Residence at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Tom, her parents Alfred and Eileen Tyrell, her brother Jack and her sister Betty. Joyce is survived by her nephew David Tyrell, her niece Pamela Myers (Jeff), her nephew Gordon Tyrell (Peggy), her sister-in-law Jackie Tyrell and her sister-in-law Phoebe Boudreau of Nova Scotia. Joyce grew up in Timmins, ON, graduated as a Registered Nurse from Toronto Western Hospital and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto. She worked for many years as a Public Health Nurse in Etobicoke. Joyce had a strong Christian faith and was very active in the Baptist churches she attended throughout her life. The family would like to thank Dr. Hamboyan and the very caring staff on the 3rd floor of King Garden Retirement Residence, for their care. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10, N. of QEW) on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens.
