Joyce G. Ring

SOUTH WEYMOUTH AND BRAINTREE - Joyce (Burke) passed away peacefully at the age of 95 on July 25th at Sunrise Assisted Living surrounded by her daughters. Born in East Saint Johnsbury, VT her parents moved down to Dorchester, MA when she was an infant but Joyce returned often to Vermont throughout her life to visit family and friends. The last 50 years, Joyce called South Weymouth home. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Lane of Braintree and Katherine Whelan of Norwood and three grandchildren. Joyce was a dedicated employee of Curtis Farms & Tedeschi Food Shops for almost 40 years. She was an avid animal lover, played the organ and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

Services will be private. Donations can be made in Joyce's memory to the Doris Day Animal Foundation or the MSPCA.
