So sorry to hear of Joyce's passing. I worked with her when she worked for the City of Virginia Beach. Please accept my condolences.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I knew Joyce through the Widowed Persons Support Group and could not have meet a nicer person. She was very spirited and fun to be around. Peace be with you Joyce!!

Joyce was a valued volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association as well as a good friend. She wore purple (our color) every week when she came to our office. She was funny, smart, and gentle. We will miss her very, very much.
