Juanita West Obituary
Born on September 13, 1929, Juanita was the youngest of Anderson and Amy Blair. She attended Muncie Community Schools. Juanita loved to crochet and make items for family and friends. Juanita worked at R J Whitinger & Co. for 25 years before retiring. Juanita loved spending time with family and friends.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; Anderson and Amy Blair, five brothers, Louie Blair, Marion Blair, Charles Blair, William "Bill" Blair, and John Blair; three sisters, Mary Alice Clemons, Sarah Powell, and Margaret Burks.
Juanita leaves to cherish her memory: Daughter Joyce Ann Marshel (Otis), Louis Womack (Linda), Joseph West (Vickie), and David West Sr. (Sylvia). Six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren. One devoted SisterBeverly Sims of Muncie, IN and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to all including Willow Bend, Ball Hospital (I. U. Health), and Woodlands Nursing Home.
Service will be Saturday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m. Calling hours will be one hour prior to service at 10:00 a.m.
Service will be held at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 1100 N. Macedonia Ave. Muncie, IN 47303.
Service entrusted to Carmichael Funeral Services Inc. Fort Wayne, IN.
