She was born in Salomague Port,Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on November
28,1990. She came to San Jose, California when she was 4 years old. She lived with her
Dad, two older brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She then move to Houston in 2003 along with her two older brothers, to reunite and live with her mother. Whom was on the way to give birth to
their highly anticipated little sister, Justine.

While she was in San Jose, she attended kindergarten in Stonegate Elementary. Her grandpa would take her to kindergarten every morning. 1st through 6th grade in Meadows Elementary School. She then
Attended 7th grade at J.W. Fair Middle School. She spent much of her time as a little girl
playing with her Cousins Crystal, Robin, Jerald, and Marvin. She would speak Ilocano and even taught her cousin Crystal how to speak Ilocano. She loved to eat all types of food especially homemade Filipino food.

When she moved to Houston, she was filled with so much excitement. she looked forward to having her own room and especially for her little sister to join the family. She had came up with her little sister's name and was excited to endow her with it. She loved to do arts and crafts in her room. And when Justine was born, she was so happy, and she loved her so much.
She attended Claughton Middle School for 8th grade. She was part of the Class of 2008 at Westfield High School. Through her enjoyment of reading and writing she graduated with honors, from high school, in English. She then continued on to Lonestar, North Harris Community College with the support of her family. She loved her hobby of researching, purchasing, and auctioning sneakers. She had a passion for business and hoped for one day achieving great success.

Jubelle Mae Ursua Serrano is survived by her parents, Celedonio and Lillian, her two older brothers, Thyrone and Julius, her younger sister Justine, and a numerous members of her extended family and friends.
