We were blessed to have Miss Judy as a spiritual grandmother. Her every action was filled with intention to enjoy the Lord and share His love with others. Many scriptures come to mind that describe her well, but the following passage stands out as beautifully portraying her example to us. 1 Timothy 6:17b-19 says, "...put their hope in God, Who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life." Whether it was at the Wachusett Recycle Center, or ministering in Worcester together, Miss Judy's actions were rich in good deeds and generosity - handing out Daily Breads, stuffed animals, and crocheted baby blankets, and even buying a teen his own set of dishes, who was starting out on his own. She lived out the calling of being everyone's beloved grandmother, even if a complete stranger. Her enjoyment of the Lord was contagious, making us feel closer to Him just by being with her. Her green thumb and artistic eye for beauty were shared with all in her flower arrangements at church. Her greatest joy was found in blessing others. She helped me box up our belongings in preparation for a move, and stayed with our guys and dog a full 24 hours so we could attend a wedding. I was blessed this past year to have her as prayer partner. Those are a mere handful of her actions that I was privileged to witness. There is no doubt in my mind that her crown is a gorgeous testimony of the treasure she laid up in heaven during her life. Though she's left a huge void, I'm tearfully thankful that she is able to "take hold of the life that is truly life".
I'm gonna miss being wrapped in her sincere hugs, hearing her laugh and call me "honey". To be loved on by Judy, was to taste the Father's love...so blessed to have known her.

Michelle we are happy to hear your sweet Mom is now rejoicing with her Lord.
We have many fond memories of our times with your Mom attending prayer meeting early morning in Millie's home and at your Mom's, many meals and laughs at our home, doing Basic
Follow Up together with new believers, fun times hiking
through the woods and riding the ATV in Maine, watching the beautiful display of Northern Lights off our deck in the woods of Maine with her and Barb; we were all amazed at such wonder.
Your Mom was a fun character and brought much joy to may people. Our girls have many fond memories of time with Sweet Jude.
We were glad your Mom got to spend the last years of her life with her "wonderful daughter and family".
Thank you for how the Lord has used you in many lives and may you and your family be richly blessed.
We will meet again one day when He calls us all home.
Love
