Judith Robinson

ROBINSON, Judith Following a lengthy battle with ALS, Judith Pye Robinson of River Landing in Wallace, NC passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 31, 2023. Born in Duplin County on December 8, 1937, she is the daughter of the late Garland Percy and Beadie Margaret Carter King of Wallace. Also preceding her in death are her husbands-August Kenneth Pye Durham / Dallas and Dr. John Duncan Robinson of Wallace. Left to cherish her memory are her son-Henry Williams and wife Sybil Anne Pye of Durham; grandsons-August Kenneth Pye of Dallas and Jack Ross Pye of Durham; brother-Craig and wife Kathy King of Wallace; sister-Beth K. Howard of Wilmington - stepsons Dr. J. Daniel Robinson and Leslie Scott Robinson of Wallace; and stepdaughter - Dee Anna R. Mott of Rocky Mount. A private family and caregiver graveside service is set for April 11, 2023, at the Pin Hook Cemetery. A memorial service to celebrate her life is set for 2PM on April 29, 2023, in the Wallace Presbyterian Church in Wallace, NC. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall. Padgett Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either the Duke ALS Clinic or the Wallace Presbyterian Church Choir Fund. The family thanks Judy's dedicated caregivers for their many years of support and compassion.
