JUDITH SOUSLIN Obituary
Judith went home to Heaven March 27, 2022.
Born to Margery and Joseph Hootman on March 22, 1942 in New Philadelphia, OH. She was raised in Coshocton, OH and moved to Tyler, TX in the fall of 1970.
She was a nurse's aid at Mother Frances Hospital for many years. She participated in Celebrate Recovery and then became a small group leader helping others achieve their recovery. She proudly participated in the Welcome Home Warriors program. Judith donated her body to science through UTSW to help new medical students and researchers.
Preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Joseph and Jeffrey Hootman and Keith Eick. Survived by brother Dennis Hootman, her daughters Kellijo Lathram(Philip), Lisa Randles and Christel Hernandez(fianc?e Jonath). Grandchildren Christopher Mabry(Erin), Braden Lathram(Jenna), Britanni Hernandez(fianc?e Mark), Megan Finn(Wayne), Colton Lathram(Lauren), Alicin Lathram, Ashleigh Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez and 8 great grandchildren. She also leaves many loved cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial service will be held Saturday April 16, 2022 in the First Baptist Church Student Life Center building 2-4 PM
In lieu of flowers make donations to Hospice of East Texas or any local animal rescue of your choice.
