Judy Marie Moulton Collins, 62, if Cana, VA passed away at Forsyth Medical Center Wednesday, May 28, 2014 She was born in Cecil Co., MD on March 4, 1952 to the late Lewis Moulton and Mary Johnson Moulton Horton. Mrs. Collins was a member of Woodland Baptist Church and worked in the Restaurant Business for as long as her health permitted. She is survived by her husband, Tomas J. Collins of the home; her step parents, Harry and Judith Horton of Cana, VA; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Daniel and Billie Jo VanDyke of Perryville, MD, Eric and Laura VanDyke of Rising Sun, MD and Chad VanDyke of Port Deposit, MD; six grandchildren; a step daughter, Bonnie Lee Fader and husband, Mike of PA; two step sons, William J. Collins and wife, Nina of Cana, NC and Christopher J. Collins and Roxanne of Oxford, PA; two step sisters, Wanda Redman and husband, Edward of Calabash, NC and Marion Jennings and husband, Gilbert of Oxford, PA; and one step brother, Allan Horton and wife, Lynn of Mt. Airy. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen St., Rising Sun, MD 21911, where family and friends may visit beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Conowingo Baptist Cemetery, Conowingo, MD.
