Judy Kay Frasier

Judy Kay Frasier, 46, Williston, died Nov. 13, 1999, in a Minot hospital. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church, Bismarck, with the Rev. Dr. Jake Kincaid officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck.

Visitation is from 1 to 9 p.m. today and 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Perry Funeral Home, and for one hour prior to the service at the church.

Judy was born Jan. 27, 1953, at Bismarck to Carl and Vidette M. (Robidou) Freier. She was raised and educated in Bismarck and graduated from Bismarck High School in 1974. She worked at Mid Dakota Clinic and the N.D. Tax Department. In October 1974, Judy married Richard Frasier in Bismarck. Some of her favorite activities were swimming and doing crafts.

She is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Frasier, Mandan, Jessica Frasier, Bismarck, Jolene Frasier, Williston; one son, Justin Frasier, Willow, Alaska; her mother, Vidette Freier, Bismarck; one brother, Robert Freier, Fernley, Nev.; a granddaughter, Amanda; a grandson, Logan Vinje; and a special friend, Larry Lunde, Reserve, Mont.

Judy was preceded in death by her father, Carl; a brother, James Freier; and her grandparents. (Perry Funeral Home, Mandan)
