Judy Kaiser Obituary
A service to celebrate Judy's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at Antioch Christian Church, Long Creek. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to American Cancer Society. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.dawson-wikoff.com.
Judy was born November 5, 1949, in Decatur the daughter of Frederick and Clara J. (Walker) Roberts. She married Wayne Kaiser on January 29, 1970. Judy began her career as a nurse at St. Mary's and went on to the business of healthcare. She was also the administrator of the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce, a licensed real estate agent with Brinkoetter Realty, and most recently worked as the secretary for Antioch Christian Church where she was a prominent member of the spiritual community. Busy as she was with her career, Judy was first and foremost a family person and dear friend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren the most.
Judy is survived by her husband and best friend: Wayne of Mt. Zion; son: Rob Kaiser and his wife, Molly, and their children, Claire and Ben, of Greensboro, NC; daughter: Angie Kaiser and her daughter, Maddie, of Decatur, IL; and brother: Andrew Roberts and his wife, Susan, of Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

"Go rest high on that mountain. 'Cause, Jude, your work on earth is done. Go to heaven shouting, love for the Father and the Son." She sent me that song over a year ago. Every time I hear it, her beautiful face comes to mind. That will never change. What a wonderful woman and such a sweet, sweet friend. Her memory will live forever. I love you Wayne and peace over you and your family will be in Steve and my prayers for a long time.

Wayne, Angie and Rob. So sad to hear about Judy's passing. I have so many memories of our years of working together and especially travelling. She was always there for me, always positive and supportive. May you find comfort in the cherished memories of this amazing lady.

I will miss Judy terribly she was the only one to step up and come see me when I was in the hospital in Urbana after my stroke and pitched in to come to my house and stay with me after I was home her willing ness to help bath me was a huge help as my husband is not exactly a nurse and bathing time was always a struggle she will be forever missed she was my first look at the mtzion chamber and helped me when I served on the board we became very good friends

We are saddened with Judy's death. She and Wayne were so supportive and helpful when we sold our home and left Decatur for MN almost 3 years ago! Her smile and cheerful attitude will be missed by all! Our prayers are with the family! God Bless! Louise and Jesse Parsons
