Judy was the Secretary of the Northeast Rotary Club for over 30 years and an active member of the Junior Women’s League of El Paso, she helped form the Radford Service Organization (RSO) while Kellie attended high school, always encouraging young women to give back to their community. Along with Buzzy, she was a founding member of the El Paso Boat Club, which became like a second family. Judy became a grandmother in 1993 to her “perfect sunshine” Dylan Ray and “sweetheart” Hannah Lee, which was her favorite role in life.
