Judy A Ochs

I'm honored to have served with Judy at the Johns Hopkins retreats for those with metastatic cancer. She had so many qualities that I admire...fearlessness, compassion, inner strength, humor. Ever loving and honest, she had a way of communicating hard truths that made them land softly. She spoiled the participants and staff with teas and chocolate, then would bring out bags of delicious snacks for our late night de-briefings.
She made sure each participant felt seen and heard, which contributed to the success of these retreats. She touched many people. I will miss seeing Judy, and will celebrate her spirit by remembering the qualities which I loved her for.
