And we all remember the Elder family picking up kids all around in their big "Brady mobile" station wagon for Vacation Bible School.
How many little Baptist kids can you fit in a station wagon? The sky was the limit.

Mrs Elder was one of my very special friends. Every time I saw her I always thought about her playing the piano. We will miss her but she will always be in our heart

Oh, how we loved your Moma! I know our Mom really did. My childhood memories of her teaching us to sing as a youth choir, "He Keeps Me Singing" has always
brought her to mind. Our hearts go out to the family and we know she will be missed by all. But we know where she is! Singing and praising the Lord! We love you all.

I remember both of your parents so fondly. When I was very small I used to ask Mama to take me to their house so I could visit them. Children are great judges of character! May the many, many awesome memories you have comfort you.

I became acquainted with Gillette when I was pastor at Reedy Springs. She and I 'clicked', and had many wonderful conversations. She had a heart for missions, and when we decided to go into Foreign Missions, Gillette told me that we had her wholehearted support, and that she would pray for us daily. I always thought a lot of her. Pls know you are in my thoughts & prayers.
