Your dear one, 108 years young, is described by many as a centenarian but what contributed to her longevity? Possibly the contributing factors were her diet, emotional stability, environment, exercise, a good family and friends, medical care, mental exercise, optimism, sports, walking, herbs, vitamins, and other serums with rejuvenating properties. That may be why the longevity of some make the news, as happened in the case of your loved one Ms. Julia Hawkins.
Is there a secret to long life? Some holy books speak of a much longer life span in the future. We all will definitely look forward to that time being a reality.

Such an amazing woman, a great cyclist even at the age of 100. Just incredible. A long life filled with so many accomplishments. Truly an inspiration to so many. Sincere condolences to the Hawkins family. So very sorry for your loss. May God be with you all in your time of loss.
