Julia Nardelli Obituary
Julia had a long career at Grove Hill Medial Center Internal Medicine and ENT departments, she retired and then dedicated her time to her granddaughter Mia.
Julia was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Betty Schmitt, and her brother, James Schmitt. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Richard Nardelli, and their two children, Brian Nardelli and Jessica Nardelli with Jason Blardo and granddaughter Mia. She is also survived by her three siblings Donald Schmitt, Joann Brzezinski and Diana Sperry as well as many other loved ones.
Julia will be remembered for the love and kindness that she sharded with all who had the privilege of knowing her. Julia touched countless hearts with her unconditional love, warmth, generosity and her ability to lend a caring ear.
Julia had a passion for gardening, reading and spending as many hours as possible at the beach.
She cherished her friendships, time with family, listening to the Beatles, and ABC's.
A memorial service will be held on Friday January 17th at the Church of Christ Congregational 1075 Main St. Newington, CT. 06111 at 10:30AM.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Save the Sound in CT.

This just breaks my heart, I am so sad to hear this. Aunt Julie was so sweet, and so funny, and my mother just adored her. We loved spending time with her a family parties. She was definitely taken way to soon. May God grant the family peace during this emotional time.

Julia and I worked together many years ago at Dr Jarboe´s office. She was always so sweet and I still use a few of the Christmas cookie recipes she shared with me ! My condolences to the Nardelli family.

We in the ENT department were like a family. We laughed, we cried. We shared each other´s happiness as well as the sorrows. Julia was a family member. She was thoughtful and kind. Her smile was precious. Even after we all started to retire we would get together at least twice a year. She will be dearly missed but we have the sweet memories she left us with. Rest In Peace our Angel

My fondest memory of Julia is when we worked together along with Linda L. at New Britain Machine in the Production Control Office straight out of High School. We took breaks together and had so much fun it made the job actually enjoyable!
