Julian G. Miguel

Julian G. Miguel Passed away March 29, 2008 after a brief illness. A longtime resident of San Mateo, he spent 30 years as a devoted teacher of Spanish. He graduated from the University of San Francisco and served bravely in the U.S. Navy in WWII. He will be well remembered as an active member of the Spanish community. He is survived by his devoted companion and friend, Adelina Fernandez; and by nieces and a nephew. He was one of the few in this world who loved and lived life to its fullest. Family and friends are invited to the Memorial Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 3215 Cesar Chavez St., San Francisco, on April 3 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated in his name to the Alzheimer's Association, 4340 Redwood Hwy., San Rafael, 94903.
