CUCKSEY, June A resident of Chatham, June Cucksey passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at the age of 75. Born in Manchester, England, daughter of the late Harold and Norah (Shackleton) Smith. Beloved wife of C. Kenneth Cucksey for 24 years. Predeceased by her first husband Anthony (Tony) Pulman (1977). Dear mother of Peter Pulman and his wife Kimberley of Ajax, Keith Pulman of Windsor, and Wayne Pulman and his wife Violet of LaSalle. Grandmother of Garatt, Ashley, and Brittany Pulman. Sister of Gillian and Kenneth Murray of Preston, Lancashire, England. Sister-in-law of Elizabeth Hallatt of Chatham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Cucksey was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Chatham, longtime member of the A.C.W. and Friendship Club, and a Past-President of the Kent Deanery of the A.C.W. She was a longtime member of the F.O. Austin Wright Chapter I.O.D.E., and Life Member, Past Regent, and Past Municipal President of the I.O.D.E. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Monday, January 9, 2006 from Noon until 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service to immediately follow at the Funeral Home on Monday at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Karen Nelles officiating. Cremation with inurnment in Maple Leaf Mausoleum, Chatham. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Paul's Anglican Church would be appreciated.
