June HLADKY Obituary
On January 4th, 2014, June went to her final place of rest. With memorable years of happiness and love, she leaves loved ones to live on in peace and joy: dear husband Bill, daughter Lenore, sons Emrich, Brent, and Kipling (Jane), and grandchildren Kateline, Cole, Emma and Julia. She was predeceased by her sister, Birgit, and leaves behind siblings Ingeborg, Margaret, Nels, and Emmy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Nieces Barbara and Brenda were especially dear to her heart.
June will forever be remembered for her gentle and kind spirit. She had an immense love of family, and maintained life-long friendships.
All are welcome to join in a celebration of June's life, on Saturday, January 11th, 2014, 1:00 pm, at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church (11111-57 Avenue, Edmonton). An additional service will follow in Saskatchewan in the spring of the year.
In lieu of flowers, June has requested a donation to the Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) Association (www.aamac.ca), STARS (www.stars.ca, Suite 100, 1519 35 Ave E, Edmonton International Airport, T9E 0V6), or the charity of one's choice. If you are able, please donate blood.
Special thanks to Doctors Zhu, Liew, and Ritchie, the U of A Hospital Hematology Ward, and the compassionate staff at St Joseph's Palliative Care.

Hello Bill& Family I am glad I took a look at the obituary column just to see if there was someone I knew n I saw a name I recognized. she was a sweet person. I think of you many times
she had to make me something to eat I had to sit down take a break I will never forget. You remember I cleaned house for you the first cleaning lady you had mary wall. JUne earned her rest.So sorry to hear of her demise.
