I sat next to Justin in band, played with him in marching band, had plenty of classes with him and will never forget that tough guy sometimes act he put on. I remember his days of dressing all in blackjust because people questioned him. He made me smile and was a good friend when he let you get to know him. My deepest sympathies to his family. I am sure he made a great marine! Semper Fi Miller may peace be upon you and godspeed

I remember Justin and his love for music as if it were yesterday when he was in my music classroom at Lino Lakes Elementary.
He was so excited when it was time to enter band in 6th grade because then he could play the trumpet.
I loved his energy and the way he always participated in every class. He made a difference in our music classes even as a young child!
