Linda, I'm so sorry to hear of this. I just found out today. I no longer live in Cheshire so I don't get the Meriden paper. I have so many fun memories of being with Justine in your kitchen...in fact I still have one of his CDs. Such a talented young man, he will be missed. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers....sent with much love. Nora Pech

My friend, the dream catcher...
I'll always remember the laughs.
You stood up, a lot of times, when others couldn't.
Friends and family were the most important thing in the world to you.
And your beautiful heart is the most unforgettable, most important thing ABOUT you.
You loved HARD...
and THAT Justin...to me,
will unequivocally...be your legacy.
You will be dearly missed Mills...love you always,,no time distance would ever change that..CA always in our hearts...

I will forever miss you my baby brother. I will always hear your contagious laughter and remember the sparkle you always had in your eyes, chasing you around the swing set or just chasing you. You were to so fast. These are the te things I will always cherish. I'm saddened my children will never get to know there amazing uncle. However it gives me peace to know you and Daddy are together and out of pain and will be watching over us. I always told you take care of you! But your heart was to big even though we were apart we both shared the same heart. Giving and loving. Until we all meet again.
Love forever and ever
Paula
