Karen Benyo Obituary
Karen was extremely proud of her 2 sons. She loved to support and attend their hockey games and drama/musical events. She enjoyed traveling with her family on their annual trip to Florida. Karen loved to watch the Tigers, Red Wings, Game Shows and Murder Mysteries on TV with her husband. She would always go to sleep listening to scripture readings and Bible studies. Most of all Karen cherished being around family and friends during special occasions.

To all of you,
Karen was an amazing women. The few short years I knew her from our office made quite the impression on me. I always enjoyed seeing her smiling face no matter how she felt. Our birthdays were 1 week a part and I always tell everyone that. I will miss you her dearly. I will think of her every March 23rd. My heart goes out to you all.

God blessed us with the greatest daughter-in law that anyone could ever have. What a wonderful inspiration she was!! Karen loved and praised God. When I think of Heaven, I am reminded of the MercyMe song "I Can Only Imagine". May these words bring you comfort and peace as you know that Karen is no longer suffering from the pain and trials of this earthly life, but has gone home to be with our Heavenly Father...I can only imagine what it will be like when I walk by Your side. I can only imagine what my eyes will see, when Your face is before me. I can only imagine. Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel? Will I dance for you Jesus, or in awe of you be still? Will I stand in your presence, or to my knees will I fall? Will I sing hallelujah, or will I be able to speak at all? I can only imagine. When that day comes, and I find myself standing in the Son. I can only imagine. When all I will do is forever, forever worship You. I can only imagine.

You were loved so dearly, I am sure you already knew that. Karen wanting so to make sure you all were being prayed for, proving you were always on her mind.
I will personally treasure the gifts she did by hand those many years ago when I had my first child. Her example of love in everything she did will be missed.
So glad the comforter is present with us always, lean there and find rest! You all will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts.

Karen fought a terrible disease for too many years in her too short life. I will always remember when she and Chris first were dating that she was always perched on his lap! It was adorable. My heart goes out to Chris, their boys, and close family at this time.
