Dear Mr. Freed and family to Mrs. Karen Freed.

Please accept my personal condolences for your loss of Countess Karen Jo Freed. She was a beautifully faceted lady I never had the pleasure of meeting but had the pleasure of providing the medication for her health and comfort while she resides at Parmly on the Lake. I also had the honor of working with Karen´s dear husband John Freed. Please know I am here with you during this time of sorrow and know I will be thinking and praying for your friends and family while you congregate and celebrate the life of Karen Jo Freed.

It was always a pleasure to be in Karen's company. A very nice lady, she will be missed.

From John's first cousisn, Denise, and husband, Rick Lindseth, who "found" John and Karen in our adult years (better late than never). We have enjoyed and appreciated the memories we made together at long last, and we will easily remember Karen's warm smile and the gentle sound of her laughter. She's "gone on ahead" , yet so much of her is still here in our hearts.

We would like to send our deepest condolence to John with the loss of your dear wife Karen. I remember Karen singing in the TR choir when we were at TR. several years ago. We miss being at TR. Bernie and Margaret Bergsma, (Ontario, Canada)

Karen was joy to know and share our voices in Church Choir at TR, our winter home. So sorry for her suffering, but know where she resides for eternity and plan to see her there. Love to her family,

I knew Karen when she was married to my Uncle David my dad's brother. She was always so caring and friendly always thinking of others. My husband Bob and I enjoyed visiting with her and John when they wintered in Dade City, FL not far from our home in Brooksville, FL. Karen will be missed. I was fortunate to have been a part of her family.

My loving sympathy upon the loss of your wife John. God will take great care of Karen now. Carol Rogers Baum of NJ and KS, who got married in 1960 at your father's Presbyterian Church in Pompton Plains, NJ. I still correspond with your mother Dorothy, who is one strong lady.

Dick and I wish to extend our heartfelt sympathies to John and the entire extended family.

It was such a joy to have Karen singing praises to God in our TR Celebration Choir and on Music Sunday to have her dance with praise with the liturgical dance team. I was honored to have been a part of her Bible Study that she led too.

She had a smile that would light up any room and we will miss her. It gives comfort to know we will see her again.

Our Deepest Sympathies to John and the whole extended family. Karen was a special person in our Travelers Rest Church. She lovingly served our congregation with singing, liturgical dance, and taught Bible study. She honored Our Lord through her service many years. Karen will be missed.
