Karen Diane Goldstone

GOLDSTONE, Karen Diane Lynch Ramsey Mrs. Goldstone died in Griffin Hospital, Derby, CT due to cancer on March 23. Karen was born in Visalia, CA to James E. Lynch and Geraldene "Jerrie" Dixon-Lynch. She graduated from Orosi High School in Orosi, CA in 1978 and attended College of the Sequoias and Sequoia Court Reporting School in Visalia. Karen was preceded in death by her first husband, Leslie D. Ramsey. They have one son, Leslie James "L.J." Ramsey. Karen married Alan Steven Goldstone Nov. 7, 2002 in Reno, NV. Whether in life or work, Karen did everything with joyful enthusiasm and with all her might. She was loved and respected by family and friends. She was a loving and dedicated daughter, mother, grandmother and wife. She was an outstanding employee, respected by her co-workers and employers. Karen was employed by Kawneer Construction in customer service for 22 years in Visalia, CA. Karen and Alan moved to Oxford, CT in 2005 where Karen continued working for the Royal Glass Co. as a subcontractor in her home office. Karen's passion was to help others. There were so many people that she encouraged and helped through difficult times, and she never met a stranger. Her cheerfulness and friendliness drew people to her. She had many, many friends. In addition to her husband, Alan, of Oxford, she is survived by her son, L.J. Ramsey, his wife, Angie, two grandsons, Orion and Aydin, all of Stockton, MO., and her parents, James and Jerrie Lynch of Dunnegan, MO. She leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins who miss her and loved her dearly.
