Karen Heikkinen Obituary
She is survived by her husband, Randy Heikkinen, son Craig Heikkinen (Michelle), daughter Cortney Castleman (Jason), daughter Chloe Heikkinen, and by her adored granddaughter, Molly. Karen and her husband Randy have been married for 41 years. Along with her husband and children, her memory will also live on through her siblings: Mick, Pauline, Vince, Penny, and Teri, as well as countless extended family and many friends.
Karen lived in Madison Heights her entire life. She was a member of the Lamphere School District for fifteen years. She will be remembered for her fierce love for helping everyone she could, and her unwavering strength, faith, and spirit. Karen was always the happiest when surrounded by her family.
Visitation will take place on February 24th, from 2:30-9pm, at Edward Swanson Funeral Home in Madison Heights.
Instate Monday, February 25, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until time of mass 10:00 a.m. St. Louise de Marillac Church 2500 East Twelve Mile Road. Warren, Michigan 48092.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
