My heart goes out to all of Kitty's family. Just as it has been hard on Kitty to struggle so long with failing health, it surely has been hard on the rest of her family as well. I first met Kitty close to 20 years ago, as a member of the Walker church of Christ. She has been dearly loved, and will be greatly missed. Tim Richardson (minister, Walker church)

Kim and Kellie - I am so sorry to hear about Kitty. As you know if it hadn't been for her help I wouldn't have made it to the hospital when I went into labor with Joscelyn and couldn't wake up Mr. Mike to get ready and go! We shared many laughs and many tears over the years we were friends and neighbors. She was always there for us. The last time I saw her was several years ago when we ran into each other in the mall. She was complaining of health problems at the time which you explained as the aftermath of a car accident. I had no idea she had ALS. I know you all were there for her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Ms. Kitty and her family during this difficult time. I worked with Kitty @ LWCC for several years. She spoke often of her children and grandchildren. You all were the "apple" of her eye. She literally had a twinkle each time she mentioned her family. May you rest in Peace with the Lord!

Mrs. Kitty was one of a kind. Heaven just received one spunky lil angel. I am proud to have known and gone to church with Mrs. Kitty. She drove me to church every Sunday and Wednesday for a very long time...20 something years ago. I always admired her beauty and just how put together she always was. I will miss her dearly, but I am so happy she has gone on to get her reward.

My prayers and thoughts go out to Mrs. Kitty's family. I worked with her at LWCC and we became very close. She was one of the most beautiful ladies i have known. She loved her girls and grandchildren with all of her heart. She will be missed. The last time i saw her we had a good talk and laughed and cried and it was good to see her again. She will be missed.

Kellie and Kim, I am so very sorry for your loss. Through the many years I worked with Mrs. Kitty, she became like a second mama to me and I loved her very much! The last few years were rough on her with not working, then this, may she now finally Rest In Peace! It was an honor for me to call her my friend!
